[About defective products]
We inspect all items before shipping. If any defects are found during inspection, or if the item is out of stock, we will promptly contact the customer who purchased the item. If you find any defects after the item arrives, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us directly using the inquiry form. Our staff will respond promptly.

In addition, returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases: Please check the product immediately upon arrival.
